Of course I (Markus speaking now :-)) am very aware that many business people are not very structured and are “happy” to produce messy requirement documents (or no artifact at all). But there are also increasingly more who see the problem and who want to change, for example, by learning how to use a DSL.

In the areas I work tools like Mendix are not the solution because it is not about (just) forms or workflows. It is about really complex (and I mean essentially complex!) application logic.
