In terms of its ability to build useful and usable languages, MPS is very close to what we need. In terms of their deployment, i.e., web/cloud, collaboration, IDE-ness vs. “app”, integration with the rest of the world, we are not yet where we need to be. Which is why we are building Convecton.

Generally, many of our projects end after a technically very successful PoC. They end, when the organisational, cultural and process-related changes would become necessary. Many organisations are not able to make these, and it is not our strong suit to help our customers with this. We have to improve a lot on this front.
